What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ varies by part category. Most parts have an MOQ of 2–10 units. High-volume consumables (filters, wiper blades) typically have an MOQ of 20 units. Exact MOQs are confirmed at the quotation stage.
Do you supply to individual workshops?
Sinopar is a B2B wholesale supplier. We work with importers, distributors, fleet operators, and workshop chains. We do not supply to individual end consumers.
Can you provide E-mark and IATF 16949 certificates?
Yes. Certification documentation is available for all supplied parts. Certificates are provided with confirmed orders; previews are available on request before order placement.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are 30% deposit, 70% against Bill of Lading. Established accounts may qualify for net-30 terms. Payment by T/T bank transfer.
